These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZbotPro website and services (the "Service") operated by ZbotPro ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your country or jurisdiction, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency trading.

2. No Financial Advice

ZbotPro is a software tool that automates and mirrors trades based on signals and trader selections you choose. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire investment. Prices are volatile and may be affected by factors beyond anyone's control. Past performance of any trader, signal, or strategy is not indicative of future results. Copy trading does not guarantee profit and can amplify losses. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

4. API Keys and Account Security

To execute trades on your behalf, you connect your exchange account to ZbotPro using API keys that you create on your exchange. You are responsible for:

• Creating API keys with the minimum permissions required (trade only).
• Disabling withdrawal permissions on keys you connect to the Service.
• Keeping your API keys, account credentials, and devices secure.

ZbotPro never requests and cannot use withdrawal permissions. Your funds remain on your own exchange at all times.

5. Fees and Billing

Some features of the Service require payment, such as subscriptions to signal providers or marketplace traders. Fees are displayed before you commit to a charge. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or other users' accounts.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Submit signals or content that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZbotPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or funds, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZbotPro harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we believe your activity poses a risk to the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
